The Client

Sigal UNIQA Group Austria, founded in 1999, is a group of 7 companies, with over 25 Billion EUR (€) under it's management and more than 7.5 million clients. Finance Central Europe describes it as "The Best Insurance Company in Albania".

I have worked with Sigal on their website and their internal management tools, namely ESIG (Core System), which is used to handle most internal admistrative and financial operations.

Introduction

In collaboration with the IT department of the company, I took on the task of creating a new website, to offer a better experience to Sigal's clients and to rethink how clients interact with the company and it's services.

Main Goals

The new website had to bring joy to users, giving them a far better experience than existing options, with intuitive and easy to use interfaces and blazing fast load times.

The website should also allow clients to purchase SIGAL policies & products online - leading to higher sales and user satisfaction.
